Seriously? The weather reports all said 40 and rain today. Liars.

A white Christmas is a rare thing for the Seattle area.

Deep Peace Of Winter

That's 7 inches of snow and it's still coming down. We did have some wind last night, but not enough to be a problem. Mostly it left a bunch of tree bits on top of the snow. We've got another inch so far today so we are back to pretty snow.

At this hectic time of year I hope everyone is able to connect in some way with the deep peace of winter.

It may not look like much here, but I'm home for the day. I've got
hot chocolate, knitting and a large DVD collection. I think I'm set!
